A viewer for 1 m terrain models (DTM) of Norway: pick a place on the map and the terrain is fetched from Kartverket, or open a folder with DTM GeoTIFF tiles (any UTM zone) and any .geojson / .kml / .kmz overlays.

Tap the map where you want the 3-D view — the square is what you get: drag its orange corner (or Shift + mouse wheel) to change the radius, drag the red dot to move it — then build it. The square follows the model's UTM grid, so it is turned a little against north.
